Refunds & Returns Electronics and Watches
1 All our products come with a 12 month warranty
2 In the unlikely event there is a quality defect that causes the device to be unacceptable for sale or unusable during the 12 months after dispatchwe will accept a return.When we receive the goods back in we will either repair the item, or offer full credit towards ordering a replacement.
3 In the event of any returned goods where you are requesting a repair / credit under warranty, your shipping costs returning the products to the DynanicShop are payable by you, and cannot be compensated by DynanicShop.
4 Physical damage to a product caused by the user; opening products up, e.g. to repair or modify components; or flashing the firmware or using non-approved software - invalidates the warranty.
Refunds & Returns: Jewellery & Clothing
For hygiene and health & safety reason we can't give refunds on Cosmetics and Jewellery Products (Earrings, Nose studs) / Items
The following conditions apply for refund:
1. The item must be returned within 7 days of the date you received it.
2. Returned items must be in the original condition, not worn or altered and should be returned with all original packaging
3. The security Tag / label found on some of our items have to be intact.
4. Postage and packaging, to be paid by the buyer, and is non refundable
